Design Engineer / Sr. Design Engineer - BMS
We are looking for someone to nurture cordial relationships with clients and ensure their requirements and concerns are being addressed on time and to the best of our ability.
Function: To build market position for the company and its products/services, by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.
Reports to: DGM – BD
Location: Andheri (HO)
Requirements
- Qualifications: BE / Diploma in Mechanical
- Experience: 3+ Years
Responsibilities
- BMS Designing, detailing and planning work for Pharmaceuticals turnkey projects.
- Primarily will be handling BMS Designing, detailing and planning for Pre sales and post sales stages of pharmaceuticals turnkey projects.
- Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Building Management System. Responsible for Cabling, Installation, Termination, Testing Commissioning, Site Meeting, Drawing approvals, MOM, Material Inventory & Reports, Automation Software Design & Development. Commercial evaluation of proposal and Vendor selection.
Skill sets
- Strong knowledge of BMS protocols: BACnet, Modbus, OPC, etc.
- Experience with BMS platforms such as: Siemens Desigo / Honeywell EBI / Johnson Controls Metasys / Schneider EcoStruxure / Tridium Niagara will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in:
- AutoCAD / Revit MEP
- MS Excel (advanced)
- SCADA/HMI configuration tools
- Understanding of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and energy management.
