Air Showers
Air Showers are specialised enclosed antechambers used to reduce cross-contamination within the facility. Depending on the application, they are integrated with the entry or exit air lock system of the production area. Our Air Showers use high-velocity HEPA filter jet streams in excess of 20 m/s to dislodge particles, dust, lint and other contaminants from clothing during entry or exit. 21CFR and GMP compliant, manual/microprocessor based control system to manage the entire cycle.

The material of construction is powder coated SS 304/ SS 316 with HEPA Filter H14/H13
Indicator lights mounted on both sides of the air shower exterior regulate traffic flow in and out of the clean room.
Permanently lubricated direct drive centrifugal blowers are used in conjunction with stainless steel/ PVC air nozzles.
Performance: Air Cleanliness- ISO Class 5 [ISO 14644-1:1999 (E)]; Air Velocity- 0.45 ± 0.05 Mps
Vertical airflow, minimum vibration level and noise level is less than 67 Db on Scale ‘A’ when ambient is no greater than 55 Db on Scale ‘A’
