Requirements
- Qualifications: Recently completed Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business
- Experience: 0-1year
Job Objective
To support the recruitment and talent acquisition function by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates through the hiring process, while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment practices.
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Screen resumes and perform initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and databases.
- Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
- Support in pre-onboarding documentation and candidate follow-up.
- Help maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist with employer branding activities such as social media posts, hiring events, etc.
Skill sets
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
- Interest in employee learning, training design, and HR functions.
