Requirements

  • Qualifications: Recently completed Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business
  • Experience:  0-1year

Job Objective

To assist the Learning & Development team in planning, coordinating, and executing training initiatives that enhance employee skills and engagement, while gaining practical experience in corporate L&D processes, tools, and strategies.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Assist in planning and scheduling training programs and workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal and external trainers, and participants for sessions.
  • Help create, update, and organize training materials, presentations, and handouts.
  • Support in maintaining training calendars and tracking attendance.
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing training feedback and post-training assessments.
  • Support onboarding and induction sessions for new hires.
  • Maintain L&D data and records for internal audits and reporting.
  • Research industry best practices and suggest improvements in learning methodologies.

Skill sets

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.
  • Interest in employee learning, training design, and HR functions.
