Function: Domestic Sales
Location: West Region
We are looking for someone to enhance our market position by achieving growth, sales targets and increased market penetration while maintaining a good relationship with major customers in India.
- Qualifications: B.E./ B. Tech Mechanical
- Experience: 4 to 6 years from Pharmaceuticals and Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing
- Preparation of business plan for Containment/Isolator and Granulation business units
- During the beginning of the financial years (April), finalizing the budget for the year and bifurcating the same into the quarter wise budget and achieving the same.
- Generate enquiries through customer contact, visits and presentations
- Convert enquiries to orders by an effective presentation of products & services and commercial negotiation.
- Coordinate with internal teams by ensuring communication with customer, agent and company to ensure timely execution of the order
- Ensuring realization of best price depending upon the potential and competition in that country.
- Co-ordination with commercial department to negotiate and realize the payment at the earliest possible time. In the case of L.C., ensure to negotiate the L.C. immediately after the shipment.
- Gather information about no. of Pharma Companies in that country.
- Complete competition information.
- Generation of enquiries for capsules division from Pharma industries.
- Gather information about regulatory requirements.
- Making an effective marketing strategy for penetration.
- Prompt response to the customers for all the enquiries received pre and post order.
- Co-ordination with the all related department for timely supply of goods & attending various issues related to the machine.
- Timely submission of MIS reports
- Close coordination with the internal customer in relation to the execution of the order and any other matter.
